1. What Pindl does
Pindl ("the Service") is a free tool that takes a publicly available Pinterest link and returns the media files Pinterest makes available for it (images, GIFs, videos). It does not host, store, or republish media.
2. Data we process
- The Pinterest URL you submit, only to fetch the pin's publicly available media.
- Basic request data (IP address, approximate location, device/browser type) via our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and normal server logs to keep the service secure and working.
- Aggregate download statistics (media type counts) — no identities attached.
We do not collect your Pinterest login, store your downloads, or require accounts. If third-party analytics/ads are added later, this page will be updated and consent tools added as required by law.
3. Cookies
The Service itself sets no cookies. Third-party services (such as advertising and analytics partners) may set cookies as described on this page when in use.
4. Third-party services
We may use services including Cloudflare (hosting), and, as they are enabled, advertising and analytics providers. Those providers may process the request data listed in section 2 under their own privacy policies.
5. Fair use & content rights
- Use the Service only with publicly accessible content you own or are permitted to download.
- Public availability does not make content copyright-free. Do not republish, resell, or commercially exploit media without permission.
- Pinterest says people retain rights to their posted content. Respect those rights.
6. Not affiliated with Pinterest
Pindl is independent and not officially connected to Pinterest. All media is delivered from Pinterest's own servers.
7. Copyright / DMCA
We respond to takedown requests. Because we host no media, requests are handled as described on our Contact page (dmca@pindltool.pages.dev).
8. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this page; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
